Leadership: Are You Faced With The Same Decisions as The G-8 and G-20 Leaders?Leadership has some core responsibilities whether you’re a global leader or a leader in business. I was listening to an interview about the G-8 and G-20 Summit in Toronto this morning. The discussion was on how to approach the global economic situation. Some of the leaders believe that the only way to move forward is to continue spending for growth while others believe the opposite.
They believe the only way to recover is to cut back on spending. I realized every business owner is faced with the same question. Not only are we faced with it in terms of our business, but also whether or not to invest in ourselves in order to grow and move forward. How are you approaching your economic situation?
